Over the last six months or so we've been getting more and more people ringing us up and asking for our support with search engine optimisation (SEO). We go through our usual super duper, friendly, supportive, genuine approach to understanding their SEO needs. We do a bit of analysis on their website and then produce a report for them outlining what we can do and how much it'll cost, that sort of thing.


For some it's a striaght forward "yes, let's go for it". For other's it's a rather uncomfortable silence followed by an often plausible excuse as to why they don't want to do it.
